Tapping into the new pipeline, the Huachuca Gould’s Chapter installed 2 wildlife drinkers ½ and 1-mile up canyon from Brown Canyon Ranch on December 8th, 2007.
The Chapter has assisted in several other projects in Brown Canyon as well. These include helping the Friends of Brown Canyon Ranch and Forest Service volunteers up-grade 2 spring boxes and a cistern that are the sources for pipeline, assisting Cub Scout Pack 445 install an escape ramp, replacing a supply pipe to a cement trough, burying several hundred feet of pipeline in the canyon, and erecting a wildlife friendly fence around the lower House pond for an Eagle Scout project.
Huachuca Gould’s Chapter members continue to maintain the numerous developments several times a year.
