Several area conservation groups set up booths as well. The Huachuca Gould’s Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation offered a BB gun range for the younger set and information for all ages.
Safari Club International has been very supportive of the activities of the Huachuca Gould’s Chapter. The Chapter returned the favor.
On the BB gun range, around 175 of the younger visitors practiced their shooting skills on turkey targets. Each received a certificate along with their target for participating.
